Day 3: San Francisco 4th Annual Goat Festival

Hello Friends!

The third and final day of Trevor, Julian and my San Francisco-based Goat Show Doc adventure was the 4th Annual Goat Festival at the Ferry Building.  Several goat product vendors were present along with Redwood Hill to share their treats and spread the joy of goat-ownership!  Here are some more Julian Broudy photographs from the day:

Many of Cypress Grove’s cheeses are named after 70′s drug culture: PsyheDillic, Purple Haze and Sgt. Pepper

Delicious Samples!

Doug and Liz of LaLoo’s Goat Milk Ice Cream – which you can find in your local Whole Foods!  Try the Black Mission Fig (the delicious Fig Newton / Ice Cream love child) or Deep Chocolate (sinfully good!)  I also loved their “The Goat Makes It Good” t-shirts.

Finally, Happy Goat caramel.  Their caramel was soooooooo delicious.  For something truly unique, try their Scotch Caramel Sauce.  (Yes, you get your money’s worth in scotch alone!)

Keep a look out for these products and support these wonderful people!
